We take pride in creating unique and high quality car accessories. Our 100% New Zealand Wool BallZ are handcrafted with care and attention to detail to ensure they are of the highest quality. As a natural product, there may be some variations in size, shape and colour, but that's just a testament to the natural eco-friendly qualities of our product. We are committed to using sustainable materials and environmentally conscious practices in everything we do, and we want our customers to feel good about their purchase. 

However, if your product/s are damaged or faulty upon delivery please contact us within 48 hours for a full replacement. Alternatively, you may elect to exchange your product for another of the same value. We reserve the right to charge return freight for any replacement product.
